This Privacy Policy explains how Terravive Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use this website, our programme websites or our online platforms. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
Interpretation and definitions. Words with initial capitalization have defined meanings. These definitions apply regardless of whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Data controller and applicable law. The Company is the controller of the Personal Data described in this Policy. We process Personal Data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Collection and use of personal data. We may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, and usage-related information when you interact with the Service.
Platform accounts. If you hold an Account on the Portal, we hold your name, email address, role, the Organization you represent, your login and activity records, and records of the agreements you accept, including the time of acceptance, your IP address and the version accepted. We also hold the information your Organization provides about itself. We use this information to administer your Organization’s participation, to provide you with access, to keep the Portal secure, to keep a reliable record of the agreements accepted, and to communicate with you about the programme. Where your Organization has agreed to a public listing, its profile may be published on the relevant programme website.
Legal bases. We process Personal Data on the following bases: to perform an agreement with you or to take steps at your request before entering into one; for our legitimate interests in running our programmes, administering Organizations’ participation and keeping the Service secure; to comply with legal obligations; and, where we ask for it, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Usage data. Usage Data is collected automatically and may include your IP address, browser type, browser version, pages visited, visit timestamps, time spent on pages, and diagnostic data.
Tracking technologies and cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to track activity on the Service and to improve its functionality. You may instruct your browser to refuse cookies. Some features of the Service may not function properly without them.
Types of cookies used.
Use of personal data. Personal Data may be used to provide and maintain the Service, manage user accounts, fulfil contractual obligations, communicate service-related information, provide updates and relevant information (unless you opt out), and analyse or improve Service performance.
Data sharing. We may share Personal Data with service providers, including hosting, database and email delivery providers, and with affiliates, business partners, or as part of corporate transactions, subject to appropriate safeguards and this Privacy Policy.
Data retention. Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, including compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. Records of accepted agreements are kept for the duration of the agreement and six years after it ends.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Data, and you may ask us to restrict or stop processing it, or to provide it to you in a portable format. Certain information may be retained where legally required. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Legal disclosure. Personal Data may be disclosed where required to comply with legal obligations, protect rights or property, prevent wrongdoing, or safeguard users or the public.
Data security. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect Personal Data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.
External links. The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
